Welcome to The Core Movement Collective
The Core Movement Collective is an independent Pilates and movement studio in Downend, Bristol, created to help people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy exercise in a supportive and welcoming environment.
We currently offer:
Pilates classes for all levels
Parent and baby Pilates
Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga
Bodyweight fitness classes
Seated exercise classes for older adults
Our small group classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people, allowing our instructors to give individual guidance and feedback throughout every session. That means you’ll never feel lost in a crowded room, and you’ll always have support to help you move safely and effectively.
